Calculation of Property Tax: For Triennial Revision of Assessment

         A. As per Under Section 73 (a) of Cantonments Act 2006: 

(Building Value + Land Value)/20 = Annual Rental Value (A.R.V)

Calculation of Property Tax

(i) House Tax- 10% of ARV

(ii) Water Tax- 8.5% of ARV

(iii) Conservacy Tax- 15% of ARV subject to Maximum Rs. 36/-

           B. As per Under Section 73 (b) of Cantonments Act 2006:

ARV/ALV is fixed on historic method by increasing in the existing ARV/ALV minimum @
